This little cabinet looks like an apprentice piece. I always think that all my pieces are really exercises in new ideas I like to create, as every single item I make is unique. It is made of wood and opens up to show an interior room. The walls are painted with delicate slender trees in blossom. The lattice which frames the whole room is made of real wood simulating a continental, ‘Pompeian’ style garden in spring. One could easily image the joy such a room would give in the middle of winter.
